the madcow 5x5 ripped me up. it is the best regime i've ever done and i'm currently doing it now. i do rows on monday, deadlifts on wednesday and i alternate between cleans and overheads on friday. between sets i always do calf raises and shrugs. if i'm feeling frisky, i do a set or two of curls as well. if you want to literally raise your testosterone levels, the 5x5 is the program for it.
