Every single member on this board no matter what level of experience should run this program atleast once. I still use this program, cant beat it for brute strength on compound lifts and core strength.

Definitely. I'm back on it now after 2 DC blasts. I love the simplicity. You can't beat squatting 3 times a week. This is a perfect one for dudes that have done nothing but musclemag splits and feel like they can't grow.
 
the madcow 5x5 ripped me up. it is the best regime i've ever done and i'm currently doing it now. i do rows on monday, deadlifts on wednesday and i alternate between cleans and overheads on friday. between sets i always do calf raises and shrugs. if i'm feeling frisky, i do a set or two of curls as well. if you want to literally raise your testosterone levels, the 5x5 is the program for it.
