400lb club!!!!

73 lbs behind you at 210lbs .. hoping to be there by the end of the year
 
Thanks everyone, I just can't believe I finally made it.....been dreaming about this for years!!! lol And yes its the bench, I was so excited I didn't even mention that lol.
 
I got 450 last week, every since I pressed 405 I have been stacking on the weight. Its come pretty easy for me after I finally got the 8 plates. Good Job, Major Accomplishment.
 
Thats a good way to tear a pec. Just saying. Bodybuilding isnt about how much weight you can lift. keep that in mind bro before tearing your muscle clean off the bone.
 
Finally last week I made it into the 400lb club. I currently weigh 220lbs. I've never been happier in my life!!! Just wanted to share my success with everyone and wish them good luck in all their lifts!

I'm gonna try 405lbs next week.....wish me luck!

405 for which lift? Squat, Bench, Deads?
 
Good weight!! I havent tried 405 yet, I guess I need to. I can hit 315x10 and 350x5, 365x3.
What kind of rep range are you hitting 315?

FWIW, I had to plug in 378 x 3 to get a one rep max of 400. You're probably closer than you think.

not to be mean, but that doesnt make any sense... you can "tear" a pec doing hi-rep sets @ a low weight also. just because a guys hitting PRs doesnt mean hes having more injuries. :worried:
