4 weeks out photos...

Good progress keep it up.

Looking good bro. I think Dreamtan is the shit. I used Protan for my first show and putting it on was the hardest part of that contest weekend. Dreamtan is a little messy, but it looks great and washes right off. There are some pics of me in the members forum wearing it. I will use it from now on.

awesome. just a critique, i would bring up the size of your arms so that your lats don't take over when using the lat spread as well as your most muscular shot. your chest and lats are awesome indeed. that's the only critique i have for ya...everything else is lookin good brotha. tb

This takes the term freakyness to whole new level.

What are your stats?

I'm with the brute...Your back and wheels are both looking SICK but the guns are lagging...just constructive critisism. Looking great bro good luck in your show.

I remember your first pics. You look like a whole other person now. Amazing what comes out when you are on a contest diet. You look swole now bro, really great.

I know that you are both right...my arms straight up SUCK ASS! But, it's not for lack of trying, they have always been my most stubborn bodypart. The funny thing is, they're strong as hell, just undersized.

If anyone else has had this problem and overcome it, i would love to hear what you did!

You're cutting up NICELY! I would agree on your legs- You have a hyuge spread on that back and getting nice cuts in your quads, but could use more sweep - at least what I could see on the pictures - otherwise you had shorts on covering them. But definitely on the way! Good luck on the show!

Thanks for all of the fedback guys. Your comments let me know that I am on the right track. I have dieted harder during the past 12 weeks than at any other point since I first picked up a weight!

I love the challenge of contest dieting, but I also love that it allows one to see what needs the most improvement. My arms have long ben a weak point, but believe it or not, prior to this year my back was even weaker.

My main priority this past 18 months was bringing up my lagging back and rear delts. Next year, I obviously want everything to increase, but will be giving that extra attention to my bis, hams and calves.

I think you did a tremendous job bringing up those lagging rear delts and back... Being a 6' 2" bodybuilder is tough. You need to gain twice as much mass than a shorter guy to look symmetrical and full. I agreee your legs and calves can use more mass, but I really don't see your arms as being a glaring weakness.

How old are you by the way?
