3rd week in and weaker

Well I definitely wouldnt skip classes for workouts as college is much more expensive than any cycle lol. Don't stress it now but if by the 5th week you are still weak then its probably fake. You could be overtraining.
 
You might want to end this cycle now and think about seeing a phychiatrist. You sound really depressed, and the mood swings when you come off your cycle are only going to make it worse. Get your head right first, than start worring about your body. Take care of yourself bro.
 
i saw a psychiatrist for a while and all he did was prescribe me meds.

my training has been like this:
Monday: chest, abs
Tuesday: Shoulders, tris
Wednesday: Off
THursday: Legs, calves
Friday: Back, Bi's

Weekends: off

4 days a week is the max i train and i hit it hard for 45 min to an hour and 15 min maximum.

maybe it is psychological or something but thanks for the responses anyway. i think i should start getting a life outside the gym in that the last time i drank was probably at least a year ago and ive went nearly 3 months once without jacking off because i thought i was gonna lose strength but after a while my nuts turned like reddish blue and it hurt when i sat down so i had to jerk it. now i jerk off like 2-3 times a week max (even though id like to do it more). maybe i should quit reading flex.
 
first off, lay off valium, your gonna become dependant, and second, just chill dont overanalize the situtuation, this happened to me once during a cycle, i just felt like shit, didnt want to workout, was weak, and couldnt care less about bodybuilding... i just took some time off, worked out maybe 2-3times a week until i got motivated again, then i relized, i wasnt motivated, i hadnt trained w/ a partner in like 8mo, so i got a good one who could push me and it helped me get back into it, you might just be a little burnt out, relax a little dont stress so much about the diet, quit freaking out, and also, 2 things YOU NEED A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and WE DONT NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU JERKIN IT.... thank you............ luck man

3000 calories A DAY and you call that "high calorie" I take in that many calories by the middle of the day :eek2:

Sounds to me like you arent eating enough to grow and that is possibly your problem :o
 
wow bro, did you ever think about all those drugs your taking, maybe those that you are taking for sleep and to calm you down are making you lethargic?. ive never taken any of those medications but i kno sometimes when i take medicines for a cold or someting or allergies, it makes me feel weird and not strong. just a thought i coul be way offf......

sounds like your just tooooo worried about lifting. go on a vaca for a couple days. go f*ck a hot girl idk do something that will get ur mind of ur girl and not think about lifting.


its is going to take most people a while to start to feel the effects from those aas. give it some time. take some prop. to kick start that made me feel sooooo strong in the gym and i felt it within 4-5 days

I also agree with laying off all the meds.Stop taking all that shit,lay off the whts for a while,then go at it again.
 
yeah, change your training routine a bit too. If getting stronger is what you want, I don't know of too many power lifters who trian chest on one day, and then hit their shoulders and tris on another??? If you're training is as intense as you say it is, you definately should consider putting a couple more days between chest and shoulders. I don't know about everyone else, but my shoulders get hit pretty hard on chest days indirectly. And like a few others said, give that gear a little more time to kick in. I'll bet by weeks 5-6, you'll be signing a diff song. Give us an update then Bro, good luck.

I agree you def need to split your workouts up better. The best for me has always been:
day 1:chest
day 2:back and abs
day 3: off
day 4: shoulders
day 5: legs
day 6: arms
day 7: off

I like to give arms their own day but I don't go too crazy with the number of sets. I have to have the days where my tris work split and my back and leg day as far apart as possible. Maybe give this a try for a few months and see if things change.
