looking to get back to where i was before a back injury(from water skiing).

6'0" 215 bf 23%, 17.5 arms, 44 chest, 54 shoulders, 18 neck, 23 thigh, 16 calf 13 forearm. former power lifter, tennis, baseball and football player(high school) and sec linebacker(walk-on lol).

NOW i like to lift, fish, play, tennis, and golf. all that is to say, i don't want to blow up. i want to cut up and actually lose weight.

in the past, i have run eq, win and sus with t3 and another weight loss agent to obtain this goal at about 185(20yrs). i have run win, tren and deca with t3 and same agent but was 215-220 and was ridiculously strong and couldn't fit into my clothes. also, very aggressive(22). about 3 yrs later i got down to my desired weight of 190-195 and body fat under 10% running win tren t3 and same weight loss agent( i stacked something else and can't remember what for the life of me).

the only way i have been able to accomplish these goals(in the amount of time that i desire) is through the aforementioned products, good supplements and a very strict diet and exercise program. meaning, cardio in the am 4-6 times a week and weights or crossfit 4-5 times a week. see, the problem is, if i do push ups or even look at a bar or dumbbell, i grow. after i grow, i cannot lose weight. i can lose fat, but cannot lose weight. i feel i look and feel my best under 200-205, period. for instance, a year ago i was in the exact same position i am in now and started running and doing crossfit in february and by april i felt i had "worked the soreness out" and was ready for a cycle. i had gotten my hands on t3 win(inj), var, primo(inj) tren e and deca. i was running about 30 mg var ed, 50mg win eod, and what i had found through this site(and others) the ideal dosage for an intermediate(low mid range) of the primo, tren e and deca(please forgive my laziness of not looking it up). i had gotten down to 206-208 before i began. if i remember correctly, i started the "cutters" a month or sobefore the tren e and deca. i only exercised once a day, with the exception of perhaps a day or two per week. i quickly went back up to 215 and was very strong and pretty fit. i fought this weight gain with the t3 and a lean diet with about 2500 cals a day, limiting carbs at night. i kept growing out of my skin! i couldn't fit into my clothes! i had water, but not much i don't think. then, after 7 weeks, i hurt my back and was on the shelf for almost three months with a torn lat. i was able to run and play tennis after 2-2.5 months but haven't touched a weight since. i run or hit the heavy bag 3 miles or 3 times a week or so, respectively. i am scared to do more than push ups, pull ups or sprinting because i get BIG quickly. my diet is less than desired right now but not too bad. i probably drink too often lol.

i am REALLY ready to get back at it. I HATE CARDIO! I LOVE LIFTING! I WANT TO GET WHERE I WANNA BE AS FAST AS I POSSIBLY CAN!

PLEASE HELP FELLAS as I am game for just about ANYTHING

THANKS for listening and I look forward to any help and/or advice you guys can give.

ps, on hand i have about 13 c win, 3 c tren e 200, and 8 c deca 200 and am on a budget, but not necessarily too tight a budget.

pss, ephedrine, caffeine and most all speed make me inpatient as hell and give me a short fuse. i take 30 mg of vyvanse in the am and it does not have the same affect.

How confident are you on that 3,500 cal/day figure? I'm 46 y/o, 190lb and exercising 6 days a week, it takes me 3,400 cal/day just to maintain my weight. I run but only 15 miles/week.

Ultimately it's your diet that controls your weight. AAS can put 8-10 lbs on you just by using food more efficiently, But that goes away when the gear goes away. Try lowering your calorie intake to 3,000/day.

sorry nyd, i meant to put 2500 and will correct it. it was hard for me to go any lower because my appetite was through the roof. i probably was inconsistent there despite my efforts. i probably broke 3000 more than i'd like to say.

if these are my goals and i wasn't losing at 2500, what do you think is a good number? i don't want to render the gear useless ya know.

also, with all the new products out there, i hear so many conflicting reports of which ancillaries and pct therapy is best to keep gains, and limit the sides. any help there is would also be appreciated

For me personally, I'm more concerned with %BF than how much I weigh. If you want a flat stomach, you've got to get down to 15% or lower. For abs, 8% or lower. If you put on weight and it's muscle, that's great because muscle burns a lot more calories than fat so you can eat the same amount and get leaner. It sure sounds like your an ectomorph and you can put muscle on easily. Go ahead and put it on, that'll make it easier to burn the fat after.

But weight is basically a teeter-totter between calories eaten and calories burned. If they're in balance your weight stays the same, if you eat more than you burn, you gain weight. But it you eat less than you burn, you lose weight.

It's easier for me to increase activity than it is to diet. Sounds like you're not the best dieter either. Play more tennis, maybe play basketball (pick-up or organized) since it's got wind sprints built right into it. You will find that there is some level of physical activity where you can eat what is comfortable for you and still look good. It's either that or eat less and be hungry.

yeah you should really cut naturally for a bunch first. it is not too smart to cycle while you have a high bf%

What happens when you cycle with high bf% percentage?

Esterase resides in adipose (fat) tissue so higher BF means more conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

But the biggest reason, any healthy male should be able to get his body fat down to 10% with diet and exercise. AAS before that is just a crutch.

first of all, thanks for the response.

i want that weight because it's where my clothes fit right, i can get the abs after a while and i feel it is where i perform my best with everything. if it weren't for those things i would be more concerned with the body fat also. i really want to look my best and feel my best, both of which go right along with the lower bf and not weight. speaking of, that number has surely gone down over the last few weeks. probably closer to 20% if not just below. not important, just sayin.

you are right that i should cut up first, that is just not what i was wanting to hear lol. through the experiences i have had, especially now that i am older, i am going to just transform my body if i get on a cycle and stay the same weight, rather than lose or even gain. i am afraid the losing days(while cycling) are over if really want to be honest with myself.

the thing is that, once you experience the fast results that you get with gear, you want and expect those same results so you want to do what worked before. and i say you, meaning my opinion of people in general.

it is MUCH easier for me to get motivated and stay motivated with the gear. that goes for dieting and exercise. no one wants to waste the money or time so i tend to really diet well and get after it in the gym when cycling. that is the real problem if i want to be more honest with myself. what i guess i was WANTING to hear, is that there is a recommended number of calories and a few supplements and/or aa's that can speed things up for a guy like me. i DO realize that to drop weight and fat it takes gaining muscle and burning more calories than i consume.

like you mentioned, i probably need to get to a point where i can maintain and enjoy it without killing myself before anything else

I understand what you are saying and I've been there myself. It's good that you're being level headed about things.

I'm not a big fan of weight loss supps, more dangerous than AAS in my opinion. And a calorie/day figure is only good if you can stick to it.

If you keep a thorough food log and do the calculations, you'll know in a week where you are now and you can adjust accordingly. You'd have to do the calculations anyway to stick to a target figure so it's not really any more work.
