looking to get back to where i was before a back injury(from water skiing).
6'0" 215 bf 23%, 17.5 arms, 44 chest, 54 shoulders, 18 neck, 23 thigh, 16 calf 13 forearm. former power lifter, tennis, baseball and football player(high school) and sec linebacker(walk-on lol).
NOW i like to lift,fish, play, tennis, and golf. all that is to say, i don't want to blow up. i want to cut up and actually lose weight.
in the past, i have run eq, win and sus with t3 and another weight loss agent to obtain this goal at about 185(20yrs). i have run win, tren and deca with t3 and same agent but was 215-220 and was ridiculously strong and couldn't fit into my clothes. also, very aggressive(22). about 3 yrs later i got down to my desired weight of 190-195 and body fat under 10% running win tren t3 and same weight loss agent( i stacked something else and can't remember what for the life of me).
the only way i have been able to accomplish these goals(in the amount of time that i desire) is through the aforementioned products, good supplements and a very strict diet and exercise program. meaning, cardio in the am 4-6 times a week and weights or crossfit 4-5 times a week. see, the problem is, if i do push ups or even look at a bar or dumbbell, i grow. after i grow, i cannot lose weight. i can lose fat, but cannot lose weight. i feel i look and feel my best under 200-205, period. for instance, a year ago i was in the exact same position i am in now and started running and doing crossfit in february and by april i felt i had "worked the soreness out" and was ready for a cycle. i had gotten my hands on t3 win(inj), var, primo(inj) tren e and deca. i was running about 30 mg var ed, 50mg win eod, and what i had found through this site(and others) the ideal dosage for an intermediate(low mid range) of the primo, tren e and deca(please forgive my laziness of not looking it up). i had gotten down to 206-208 before i began. if i remember correctly, i started the "cutters" a month or sobefore the tren e and deca. i only exercised once a day, with the exception of perhaps a day or two per week. i quickly went back up to 215 and was very strong and pretty fit. i fought this weight gain with the t3 and a lean diet with about 2500 cals a day, limiting carbs at night. i kept growing out of my skin! i couldn't fit into my clothes! i had water, but not much i don't think. then, after 7 weeks, i hurt my back and was on the shelf for almost three months with a torn lat. i was able to run and play tennis after 2-2.5 months but haven't touched a weight since. i run or hit the heavy bag 3 miles or 3 times a week or so, respectively. i am scared to do more than push ups, pull ups or sprinting because i get BIG quickly. my diet is less than desired right now but not too bad. i probably drink too often lol.
i am REALLY ready to get back at it. I HATE CARDIO! I LOVE LIFTING! I WANT TO GET WHERE I WANNA BE AS FAST AS I POSSIBLY CAN!
PLEASE HELP FELLAS as I am game for just about ANYTHING

ps, on hand i have about 13 c win, 3 c tren e 200, and 8 c deca 200 and am on a budget, but not necessarily too tight a budget.
pss, ephedrine, caffeine and most all speed make me inpatient as hell and give me a short fuse. i take 30 mg of vyvanse in the am and it does not have the same affect.
