Came here for my first cycle and all the advice was great and it turned out to be a huge success. I ended up running 500 mg test enanthate for approximately 20 weeks and cut my bodyfat down significantly to the point where I was pretty shredded just on test. Although I loved the cycle, looking at pictures I had moon face, probably because I am sodium sensitive causing me to retain water and I also did not run an anti-estrogen or aromotase inhibitor. I also have to say I was a little big for my liking (don't flame I know there's a lot of guys on here that could never get enough size but looking back at pics it was sort of obvious lol). I was gonna do a massing cycle but I would take a lot of heat for it. My gf, her parents, my parents blah blah blah I don't wanna hear it. What I do want is to get lean as hell and feel like a million bucks (don't we all!).
After doing a little research I came up with a moderate dose of test 300-375 mg (cypionate or enanthate) and deca at half the test dose (150 mg) (for the joints because I played soccer my whole life and well, my body just hurts sometimes especially the knees and hip flexors). My question is about specifics, how much test is enough to get into a good fat burning zone? Is 300-375 enough? Will the deca help with my joints at that dose or does it need to be higher? I have heard that deca can cause water retention issues, but I rationalized that the dose is pretty low for that to be an isse, am I on track? Also will I need to run an AI or something for deca related gyno? If my thinking is off on this maybe this cycle could just go to a moderate test dosage 300-400 mg for its duration and leave it at that? By the way I haven't decided on the length of the cycle but I would prefer to be on longer because it feels great and the last time I had blood work done and had no problems at all. For pct the last time I bought literally everything my guy had including hcg, nolvadex and arimidex. The guy I get it from is pretty experienced with pct and recommended the doses and it seemed to go well. Any help would be great, thanks guys!!

training style: upper/lower done monday, wednesday, friday, cardio and abs on tuesday, thrusday, saturday
diet will be approximately 2500 calories 40p/30c/30f logged on fitday
