300-375 mg test/ 150 mg deca cycle

Hey guys,

Came here for my first cycle and all the advice was great and it turned out to be a huge success. I ended up running 500 mg test enanthate for approximately 20 weeks and cut my bodyfat down significantly to the point where I was pretty shredded just on test. Although I loved the cycle, looking at pictures I had moon face, probably because I am sodium sensitive causing me to retain water and I also did not run an anti-estrogen or aromotase inhibitor. I also have to say I was a little big for my liking (don't flame I know there's a lot of guys on here that could never get enough size but looking back at pics it was sort of obvious lol). I was gonna do a massing cycle but I would take a lot of heat for it. My gf, her parents, my parents blah blah blah I don't wanna hear it. What I do want is to get lean as hell and feel like a million bucks (don't we all!).

After doing a little research I came up with a moderate dose of test 300-375 mg (cypionate or enanthate) and deca at half the test dose (150 mg) (for the joints because I played soccer my whole life and well, my body just hurts sometimes especially the knees and hip flexors). My question is about specifics, how much test is enough to get into a good fat burning zone? Is 300-375 enough? Will the deca help with my joints at that dose or does it need to be higher? I have heard that deca can cause water retention issues, but I rationalized that the dose is pretty low for that to be an isse, am I on track? Also will I need to run an AI or something for deca related gyno? If my thinking is off on this maybe this cycle could just go to a moderate test dosage 300-400 mg for its duration and leave it at that? By the way I haven't decided on the length of the cycle but I would prefer to be on longer because it feels great and the last time I had blood work done and had no problems at all. For pct the last time I bought literally everything my guy had including hcg, nolvadex and arimidex. The guy I get it from is pretty experienced with pct and recommended the doses and it seemed to go well. Any help would be great, thanks guys!!

31 years old
training for 10 years off and on, about 5 now continuously
training style: upper/lower done monday, wednesday, friday, cardio and abs on tuesday, thrusday, saturday
diet will be approximately 2500 calories 40p/30c/30f logged on fitday

how much do you weight and what is your body fat?? if your looking to lower fat then deca is a poor choice... nolva and deca should never be used in the same sentence either my man... thats asking for so many problems there... let me know your weight and body fat and your ultimate goals from the cycle and i'll set up something lovely...
 
get something for the deca sides
run the test at least 4 weeks longer then the deca imo
get some anti estrogens for the moon face

deca will require a stronger pct then just test
dont run nolvadex after deca

I highly doubt he will get any deca sides at 150mg a week but it couldn't hurt to have some parmi or caber on hand

Right now my body weight is approximately 190 and my body fat % is probably in the 12% range as my top abs are visible, but I have not had myself accurately tested. I am an endomorph and add fat easily. I keep a pretty clean diet, do regular cardio, and lift religiously and have a difficult time getting into sub 10% bf at this point in my life. My goal is just to feel great (test has a habit of doing that which is awsome) and get nice and lean. I included the deca because from my research on the substance it makes your joints feel great and I have run lots of hills, stairs, and done plenty of road running over long distances and it has definitely caught up with me. I also thought it could be used for cutting or bulking but that it can cause water retention. I also saw that it is included in some hrt regimens and so I thought it would be a safe choice. But if its a poor choice, thats fine, thats why I posted this up before I went and got anything. Like I said before I am prone to water retention (looking back I always have been even when not on juice) so a high dose of test, although it feels great, will really bloat me up unfortunately. I wouldn't wanna go more than 500 mg and that would be the max, if I could get away with less I would like to. I have literally googled so many combinations and you come up with so many different opinions that its hard to know what is fact and what is fiction and then you get different people responding in different ways so any help is greatly appreciated..

lets just drop deca altogether here my man... not good for what your wanting to accomplish... try some forged joint repair and skeletal balm for your joint problems and pain... they both work very well...

as far as your cycle... have you considered running prop? let me know if this is an option or not and i'll get you all set up...
 
I want to cry if I just read and think of the prospect of prop ... ouch! :D


lolll man the fuck up brotha!! no, your right, its definitely not the most pleasant ever but its the best option for someone that struggles with bloating as the OP is...
 
LOL!!!! Yeah-yeah ... as far as injectables go, sure. I was kind of thinking along the lines of an oral ... hence winny or var. I get bad IM pain and horrible Test flu from prop.
