365 fell today but not so sure i can count it. i missed 375 twice
i did 5x3 on raw bench with 250 before that . wasnt hard will go up 5 lbs next week
rows 4 sets. 135x10, 155x8, 185x8, 205x5
tri pushdowns 40 lbs less than entire stack x 15, 20lbs more for 18
hammer curls 35s x 12, 45s x 5
now..
a question for the benchers...
i arch and have my legs far back. if i try to pop my hips up my ass never really leaves the bench because of the angle of my legs makes it impossible. i get a really good boost from this. like on my 3 board i popped the hips and got some leg drive and it went up easy. then i couldnt do it for 375 and got crushed
cheating? incorrect form?
