2nd week of Test E...Feeling tired and no drive.

You could get blood work done to see if it is estrogen related but to me it sounds more like a sleep issue. You need to get 8 hours of sleep each night to allow the body to recover and muscles to heal up. Especially when you are training hard on cycle. I would recommend looking at your diet and make sure you are not eating or drinking anything later in the PM that will keep you awake like caffeine. You could also try a natural sleep aid like N2Sleep and see if that helps as well.

Yea ive been having issues with sleep for months now. I can't stay asleep for longer than 3 or 4 hours. I only drink one coke a day and its mid day. I drink water the rest of the time. I do intermittent fasting. My hours of eating arebetween 6pm-1am. So maybe its a problem going to bed on a full ass stomach? I always wake up sweaty sometimes too. Could it be my body is trying to digest while im sleeping? Ive tried the dissolving tabs of 5mg melatonin and ive tried zma but neither of them work for me. I will see about n2sleep, never heard of it before.

^^^ stop eating 2 hours before bed. stop anything electronics or that has light. clean up your sleep environment, make sure its clean, quiet and dark.

learn how to do yoga/meditation before bed. and stop drinking that damn coke, its all sugar and caffeine

If you didnt sleep properly for a few months, you have the answer to most of your problems. A lot of people do not realise how important sleep is.

And I dont mean you need to sleep 8 hours everyday, but you must follow a certain pattern

Yea, definitely the sleep. My last post has a lot to it but to add to it I would change up the diet a bit. Your stomach may be trying to digest all that food and that could be contributing to you not falling asleep.

Well, in such case it seems like your problems originate from insufficient sleep, not a hormonal disbalance. You need to sleep at least 7-8 hours per day, and do so in one go. I am pretty sure that once you set your sleep patterns straight, everything will be ok.

I asked this as some say that is counterproductive to take an AI from the beginning of the cycle.
Not to mention that an AI comes along with there one side effects.
