2nd cycle - Test + Tbol

I'd do 60mg if running with test for 4 weeks. And no Arimidex in PCT or you'll get an estrogen rebound after. See Radar's post for a good PCT.

Id almost be inclined to extend the pct a little, but thats just me. Try adding unleashed to your cycle at 6 caps a day and if you wnt in pct too

For the pct you have right now Id throw in some sustain alpha and drop that nolva to 20/20/10/10 or ad clomid in its place at 50/50/25/25.

id also only use the tbol for 4 weeks. As it appears to lose effectiveness past that rather rapidly.

and if no1s already mentioned it add HCG @ 250 ius twice weeks 5-10ish

my 2 cents

Thanks for you advice guys, but I dont think Im gonna switch over to Clomid, as Nolva is much better at a lower dosage than clomid.
And about the HCG. Is it really nescessary on such a "light" cycle? I mean, Tbol has shown to very gentle when it comes to recovering, but I guess it couldn't hurt. So 250ui twice a week from week 5-10?

Yeah but I'm not running Arimidex as PCT, Im using Aromasin and Nolva.. But will check it out! :)

You posted this:
60mg nolva, 1mg Ari ED for the first 4 days, then:
40mg nolva, 0.25mg Ari ED + the next 3 weeks

That's Arimidex. Aromasin is not "Ari" and is in 20mgto 25mg dosages.
I don't like running Aromasin all the way through PCT because it will really dry you out at the end. I think it's better in the beginning of PCT.

Week 10, last shot of test.
Week 11, 25mg aromasin ED
Week 12, 12.5mg aromasin ED
Week 12 - 15 Unleashed
Week 12 - 15 Sustain Alpha

You can add nolva in PCT if you like, but I don't use it anymore. Aromasin in PCT provides much better performance over nolva in all factors (estrogen control and test production).

Also, forgot to mention, Im changing my PCT to Nolva: 40/40/20/20 and 12.5mg Aromasin ed/4weeks. Had second thoughts on running the nolva as high as 60mg for a light cycle like this. So heres how it looks now:

Week 1-4 60mg Tbol/ed
Week 1-12 500mg Test/ew
Week 15-18 Nolva 40/40/20/20, Aromasin 12.5mg/ed

Looks clean now :)

Sorry I didn't edit the first page, just a simple misunderstanding :)

yeah 5-10's good - itll help you recover easier and keep your boys in check

the aromasin pct above looks weak to me.

Look into cycle assist or cycle support on cycle and during pct. Tht with some fish oils and a gallon H20 a day. oh and a multi - most probably orange triad as its got a good joint support in it too (im using it right now and its working nicely for my murdered shoulder).

Then just get your diet in check and youll have a pretty nice cycle

Weak? How can that be weak? Im sorry, but isn't nolva ALONE normally considered an "ok" pct for a cycle of just plain Test? Worked wonders for me in my first cycle anyway. And since Tbol is such a mild steroid, with weak impact on the bodys testosterone production, I was thinking that aromasin will be plenty enough with nolva, since it's so god damn good at inhibiting aromatase and the fact that it is a Type 1 inhibitor, so it wont mess up with the nolva.

If you could explain a little more in detail, that would be great as Im still trying to learn as much as possible.:)

60 is pushing it, i like 40 and running it the 6 weeks better
The reason I say 60 is two fold - one, tbol is quite mild on side effects - IMHO milder than even var - var kills my cholesterol as it does most people. Tbol is mild on my cholesterol - max 15 point drop in HDL every time I have run it. The only side effect I get from tbol is dose-dependent heartburn, sometmes very bad. That's it. Second reason is tbol loses it's effectiveness at 4 weeks. Anecdotally, this seems to be the case with almost everyone - you either have to up the dose, or jump off, as gain taper or disappear at 4 weeks.

So my opinion is get on the tbol hard, and get off - not crazy, but a little higher than 40mg...but, I think 40mg will work too.
