This is actually my first post at EF, as I have just moved over from Freakz after seeing better information over here. I need some opinions about my second cycle, but first, some stats:
Ht: 6'1"
Wt: 216
BF: 10%
Age: 41
Nutrition: 5,500 calories, 400 g protein, 700 g carbs per day (6 meals)
Training: a long time. I switch training regiments every 12 weeks, between heavy, volume and Dog Crap Training. I also supplement my income by teaching group fitness programs 5 hours per week (sculpting and kickbox courses - cardio based)
Goal: 230 w 8%BF by the time I'm 42 (6 months)
Issue: I have not been able to break past 216 nor see any great improvements in strength gains in the last 5 months. I know a lot of this is
Here's the plan:
Weeks 1-10 Sust @ 250 per week
Weeks 1-5 Dbol 30mg ED (ween off during the last 4 days of the fifth week)
PCT
Weeks 11-12 Nolva 20g ED
Week 12 and 13 HCG 500 weekly
Questions:
1. My last cycle was Dbol only (don't blast me) for 5 weeks, was able to maintain 13lbs gain. I didn't experience any sides, so will I need to take the Nolva during the cycle?
2. What's the best self-injection site? I have seen many different locations, (quads, delts, abs, glutes)
3. How does this look for an old guy trying to get 15 more pounds on before my joints give out?
4. How does the PCT look?
