Diet: going to be much cleaner than last year hoping to stay 9% max. Chicken, Steak, Fish, Whey, Rice, Oatmeal, Beans, Pasta, EFA's. calories around 4,000 daily.
Cycle:
500mgs Test E- UG 1-10
400mgs Deca- Durabolin- Organon 1-10
40-50mgs Bionabol
Pct: hcg, clomid, nolva.
On hand: nolva, dostinex
Liver supps: tylers and milk thistle
Goals: to stay fairly lean while adding 12- 15 lbs after pct.
Lift 5 days a week. 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off.
That's what I can think of for now, any critiquing or suggestions?
