honestly your calories are a bit low... you've put on 22lbs. on the cycle but that's mainly because you were so far underweight when you started... your going to have a lot of trouble holding on to these gains when your cycle is over because its clear your diet is flawed... when you gain that much, that quickly, its usually a sign you were way underweight... not always, but in your case, thats very apparent... you MUST get your diet right soon or you will not be holding any of these gains...
