hello people. im sure yall know what my situation has been for the past yr, with all my posts pertaining to absolutely non existant libido, lack of motivational drive, loss of being active.. (total test around 300-350). After seeing numerous endo's, they said nothing aside from its on the low side. one urologist said, when i asked him about posible trt, that he didnt want to see me go on this right now at my age due to the fact that it can cause infertility and that, being 29 yrs old, i could be on test for the next 50-60 yrs, that he didnt feel safe in doing that.
now im seeing a specialized life extension doctor that wants to put me on hgh along with his form of hrt, with test. im ready for this, but now that little comment the urologist told me before is worrying me. i just wanted to get some honest opinions. I feel it is sooooooooooooooo important that i feel normal, active, and horny again but at the same time, my health is and always will be my most important thing. give me some feedback yall. let me know what u think???

Thinking this through for a moment ....

- Your testo numbers are within range ... low end.
- Yes, you are young for this to happen, but blood test numbers seem to confirm.
- HRT is an answer to raising the numbers, but no guarantee of libido and lust for life returning. They are not neccesarily dependant.
- HGH .... I don't know why the Dr wants this in the mix. It will improve your overall health and accelerate many processes if lacking.
- Fertility ... ?? I'd want a sperm count check if I had this concern.

Take a good look at proviron. Maybe you still just need a jump start in the 'nads:

Maybe even another PCT:

Good advice. The only thing I think you need to consider is down the road. While HRT is not a magic bullet it can improve things in some situations. Be ing your age I would consider:

1. Are you willing to stay on HRT for the rest of your life?
2. Are children and issue?
3. The cost, especially HGH, does you ins cover HRT?

I am 38 and decided it was time for me. Still to early to tell though.

GOOD LUCK

Just out of curosity, have you had your thyroid checked? It sounds like possible hypothyroidism. If you haven't I would have my T3, T4, TSH and TPO checked to find out.

After 5 years of fighting with doctors I finally found out that I have Hasimoto's disease. It's where my T3/T4 numbers were fine but my TPO was out of sight. The TPO is your thyroid antibodies. They were eating up my T3/T4 before it did any good for my body. This creates a ton of problems.

Thyroid problems in general can create the symptoms that you mentioned above.
