25th annivers. pumping iron

I got the 25th annivers. edition of Pumping Iron on DVD the other day, and low and behold, Arnold is puffing a joint with Lou while eating cake after Mr. O. I thought they had removed this scene? It was great! I was so happy it stayed. Arnold, joint in hand, shirt saying "Arnold is Numero Uno" blissed out smile and red eyes . . . Ha ha kicks ass!

I really love how the dvd menu's are layed out, and when you put the disc in, the opening menu screen is kick ass. Worth every penny.

i have the dvd as well.....my favorite is when the bodybuilder (i forgot his name) steals the blue tshirt of the other.....completely psyches him out.....and all of you as well as I know that shit goes on.....another great one is where arnold is eating breakfast with lou

how much better is the DVD than the VHS. I have the VHS and a buddy of mine has the DVD, but I haven't seen his yet. Does the DVD have a lot of out takes.

The DVD does have extra footage that was not included in the movie and some additional comments made by arnold. Of course, the DVD also gives a clearer picture than the tape too.

Pumping Iron at Circuit City online

For those of you who cannot find the 25th Anniversary Pumping Iron DVD, it is available at www.circuitcity.com for $15.99 Many of the stores do not have it in stock, but they do online. By the way, I actually found out about Circuit City because I was flying to Europe last week and in Delta's in-flight magazine, Circuit City had a full page advertisement advertising the 25th Anniversary Pumping Iron DVD, I could'nt believe it

i always laugh at the part where Lou is doing bb shoulder presses, and there is that fat guy in a white shirt yawning while curling 5 pound db's. not that there is anything wrong with curling 5 pounders, that guy just looks like he is in the wrong place.

also, can some explain what is meant by this:

It probably meant all the veins and striations. When I look at maps at home I do trace with fingers where to go. I popped my vhs in to look at the scene and couldn't make out the words. I realized my tape was so used and so old that it doesn't have captioning. Glad I picked up the dvd.

i found a copy of the old vhs about 3 years ago on the used and for sale rack at a local video store. paid 3 dollars for an original 70's copy... have the dvd version sitting under the tree

Poor Mike Katz....never could win anything ... I think Waller stole his shirt...then Robby Robinsons old lady in the crowd..youd thought someone pinched her ass her something.. The fat g uy with the gallagher hair do curling the 5 lbers is a classic..

Ye s when you are the king of the mountain the only way to go is down, but when youre hungry ... the food is there!!
