Well I started in may 26th lifting, started at 182lbs now at 204lbs, I am 6' 5" and my lifts (5rep max) went from...

Bench 75 - 145, Squat 75 - 160, Deadlift 75 - 165, Press 60-90, Barbell Rows 75-165

Anyways I'm still definitely lifting and making progress just wanted to update everyone.

No offense to you bro, but for your height and weight you should be able to do much more than that. Although it's impressive that you nearly doubled some of the workouts you listed, they should have been higher at the initial.

I'm sure you can do much more on squats especially, don't be afraid to try more until you can't do a single rep. Keep it up and you'll keep getting better and better and bigger and bigger.

Yeah, I started out extremely week and am still weak. I'm definitely going to push myself though, I'm just still learning so much about lifting and I'm sure I'm no were near my limit yet. Just gotta keep pushing.

22 lb weight gain...that's HUGEEEE bro. You may be weak for where you should be...but don't let that get you down. You're getting stronger very quickly & eventually you'll hit a plateau...don't let that get you down either. Keep up the hard work. You'll get to where you want to be & at 6'5 you could be a monster one day if you eat & train enough. Best of luck.

Yeah, achieving that plateau is my goal right now, when I get to it I just will be about maintaining it for as long as possible. Although I probably won't have to worry about that for years to come as I will still be improving, although the better I get the harder it will be to improve.

Biggest difference is in your traps & back. wow.

22 pounds in 3.5 months is amazing.

I am very, very, very proud of you. You haven't been dealt a perfect genetic hand (and guess what? Neither was I or most of us on here, that's why we were/are/will be so determined to evolve).

You are doing amazing. Listen to noone that hates or discourages. Keep it up man. Where u will be soon enough will inspire others to follow in your footsteps, I truly believe that.

You may not be able to lift heavier than everyone in that gym, but you can lift harder. You may not weigh the most, but you can eat the cleanest and to gain the most.

Do not stop. You're closer than you know to the goals u have set for yourself.

Great job man! You're making very good progress, keep at it consistently and good things will come your way!

Hell yeh dude shit when I started lifting my bench press was 65 LOL with a 45 lb bar hmmm it sucked but oh well you gotta start somewhere. Just think where you could be in another year at this time if you keep it up!

Heh, yeah thanks for all the encouragement... I'm definitely not stopping and I should gain at least another 8lbs this year, don't have any idea what strength gains I might make, by the end of next year I hope it's at least apparent that I workout.
