I havent posted in my journal for a while. I kind of tweaked my back with the rack pulls so my training has been somewhat limited. Anyways, I thought it was kind of cool to have a couple plates on each side. Bodyweight: 207. Thanks to BiggT wherever you are.

I dont use enoygh leg drive when I do them

maybe a 1/4 squat. anotherbutters provided a great link to a push press discussion in a recent thread. have you tried these BTN? Ive been doing them that way for a while, 8-10 weeks. Its been a great teaching tool to really hammer the leg drive. After a deload I plan to see how much carry-over there is to the front push. glenn also said a big key is how fast you switch from dipping down to exploding back up.

good weight, I love when people think you are going to squat or something and then all of a sudden you drive the 2 plates/side straight up...SHIT SON
