225 x 72reps!!!!

I don't like people that lift like that either, not doing too much for you. Still pretty impressive though, right now 225 I can only push 1-2 times :(

Fuck yeah I mean we are talking about 75reps here, for that matter he can probably do at least 50 strict reps IMHO.
 
i cant believe people are still posting about this video will you all STFU!! learn a little about powerlifting and proper strength training before you comment for christ sakes. i always lock out and i've never even considered the rammifications of that.
i don't have or have had any elbow pains...does locking out at all strain
rotor cuffs?
