Why would you pick that particular detail to comment on as if "it figures" (and please correct me and tell me what the motive was for your comment) because it's a black neighborhood.

Since you are new to the scene of Chicago... I'll give you a quick tour

For one, white people aren't allowed in that club on that night... maybe some white girls, but not white men.

The majority of the people that roll up in those clubs on Sunday night are gangbangers... slanging whatever kind of bad business.

Our club used to sponsor one such night, and while I won't make a blanket comment that black people are BAD or cause riots... I'll say the black people that come into these clubs are bad medicine... I couldn't even work those nights... white security would be shanked just for being there... even the black security guards were hired by a "professional" security company.

You're right, the area doesn't matter Velvett... gangbangers will travel anywhere... I'm sure there are some innocent people that got caught up in this mess... but I'm sure that some were part of it. Gangbangers travel to the action... that area isn't gang infested by any means... neither is Weed Street... but they STILL have hip-hop nights...

It's hard for a white upper class to understand, but this shit goes down... It's got nothing to do with black vs. white... it's got to do with some really shitty people...

Yeah dont they only count for 2/3 of a person? So its more like 14 people died.

I have seen clubs that are all black. They handle them a lot differently than the places that i would normally go to. Its important to point out these racial facts since they do make a difference.
