5 Weeks Out Update! Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep
Haven’t done one of these in fkn
agessss, I'm so sorry for the massive gap in updates — it’s been a full-on, hectic, busy-ass week haha. A lot has changed, and bodyweight has been dropping
rapidly, with what feels like almost daily new lows.
These check-in pics were taken
3 days ago at 123.7kg, but I woke up this morning at
122.1kg, so things are moving
FAST.
What’s Changed
Last week we introduced
T3 at 25mcg, and my body
just started rocketing down in weight and flattening out hard. I’ve never seen visual changes happen so fast in my physique — it’s been wild to see the shifts every single day.
We’ve kept the same macros from my
6 weeks out check-in, and
no high day was run last week, so macros have been:
Training Days
285g protein
300g carbs
60g fat
Non-Training Days
285g protein
225g carbs
60g fat
New Additions
Coach added in
500mcg of Retatrutide once per week, starting yesterday. I haven’t been struggling with appetite personally, but he wanted use to utilise it to help improve
insulin sensitivity and cholesterol, especially given my last bloodwork wasn’t great on HDL/LDL ratio.
Since the introduction of the t3 last week, I’ve dropped
3.8kg in the last 10 days — so fingers crossed we’re on track to come in
extremely tidy in 5 weeks' time.
How I’m Feeling
Definitely starting to feel prep now. Energy is lower, feet dragging a bit more, and I’m less inclined to do anything outside of what I need to tick the boxes each day. Had a few days where my body felt
absolutely cooked this week.
It’s been an interesting reflection honestly — just how good I was feeling a couple of weeks ago, with
very little fatigue, and then boom…
T3 goes in, bodyweight smashes down, and I’m feeling
flat and dry all week. The visual changes are insane though, so it’s doing what it’s meant to.
High Day For Legs Today
Coach has rolled in a high day for me today at:
285g protein
500g carbs
55g fat
And I am
FKN HYPED. Already had M1 and feel
way better haha — looking forward to seeing how the body responds visually over the next couple days after the bump in carbs.
I’ll get a couple more
training logs and food updates up throughout the week too.
Apologies again for the delay in posting anything — appreciate everyone who's been following along!
Let’s fkn go.
