Stats:
Male
56 year old
6’ 0” tall
190 lb
Bf around 10%

Diet:
Start with 2500 calories daily, will increase up to as much as 4000 daily as needed.
40% protein
40 % carbs
20% fat
I will post food as I go in this log.

I will post my supplements and organ support as I go in this log.

I will post my work outs as I go in this log.

1-16 GW 50156 20mg daily
1-16 (plus longer)mk766 25mg daily
1-16 test cyp 400mg split weekly
1-16 Arimidex 1mg weekly
1-16 tamoxifen 25mg weekly.(Or more)
1-12 RAD140 20 mg daily
1-10 Deca 200mg
1-6 Anavar 50mg daily.


GW, RAD are from umbrella labs.
I got the poly-cell formula. Wow it is milky looking but has no taste. Much better than the normal hot cow piss taste or regular formulas.
Everything else is dr prescribed and monitored. I get from local pharmacy or apothecary.
I will do regular blood work.

Started Sarms on 1-7-23
First injection 1-8-23
Also just finished a cleanse to clean out my liver, kidneys, prostate, colon, blood etc…

I always want to keep things real. I don’t sugar coat anything or hide. I want everyone to know I am just a regular joe doing my best to lead a healthy happy life. So I post the good and the bad.
So here are my body measurements.
Figured we can compare them at end of cycle. Some are very embarrassing but I am too old to give a shit! Hahaha!
These are with no prep or pump.

I know my weakness is my chicken legs. I am not a big guy. I am a lean guy.
Hahaha my calf’s are bigger than my biceps.
I am right handed.
My left calf is bigger than my right. Is cause the left leg is protecting the bad right knee.

I freaking love placebo days in the gym!
Only couple days on new cycle. So I know it ain’t kickin yet. Got a fresh tub of prework out. Have not used this one in awhile. I forgot how the first day of it is the best.
I hit the gym and in my head I was a monster. Walked around with my little chest all puffed out.. hahahah
After 30 minute cardio, and 90 minutes lifting. Went to the sauna and did 30 minutes ab work in there. Forced my self out the gym.
It feels great to be eating again. I always say that prework out meal works for me.

I am looking into these now.
I read something that said bpc was a twice daily injection.
Not sure I could do that. I hate needles. I am doing ok with the twice a week injection. Kinda
I still have to Syc myself up to do it.

Day 5
So last few months took it easy in gym.
Injuries and cutting for vacations and then enjoying vacations. Now back at it. Started Sarms and anavar 5 days ago.
First Deca was 4 days ago and tonight second one.
Last 3 gym day have been great. Endurance is kicken hard.
90 minutes or 120 of supersets no problem. Been making myself leave the gym. I figure it’s the GW. Always good endurance with it. Feels good to be eating again. I am pretty sure I can take calories to 3000 next week easy. From there keep adding as needed.
I have not started Mk 766 yet! Not here yet. Still only 200 per week of test. Will up it later. Not in a hurry to raise it yet.
Gallon of water per day is easy now.
Still have not started lifting heavy. Easing into it to avoid injuries.
I feel great so far.

Last cycle I tried failed. I stopped a few weeks in. Was in a funk and tired before I started it.! It just got worse and was fighting injuries.
This time got my mind right. Feeling good to start. Solid game plan. So far cycle is off to a good start. Very excited!

I took mk766 last year during a run of dbol.
Appetite was good for sure. Hoping to stay with MK for Atleast 6 month or all year if possible. I will Decide when it comes time to cut

Another good day in the gym.
Did legs today. I am glad I did it. I usual avoid leg days cause I suck at them and my knee hurts. Funny thing is as much as I hate legs. When I do them I am glad at the end. I am trying to get past this mental block. Today focused on form and not weight. Did box squats for first time. Did legs twice this week. Baby steps.

Feel good, and not worn out. Gym sessions have been great. Stamina is nuts. 2-3 hours in the gym and not worn out. And don’t say I ain’t training hard enough.
Spent time with my coach today evaluating shoulder. My symmetry is off. Since I have been avoiding the pain in my shoulder. I have a dropped shoulder. Lost some size and stability in it. Made a plan to correct it. Hoping muscle memory kicks in and helps.
Meals have been good this week. Nice to not be in a deficit anymore. Not all meals were perfect but good enough for first week. I will tighten meal plan up and add some calories. Actually lost a few pounds this week.
All in all - great week

I mentioned weight dropped. It was only like 3 lbs.
I’m not really after a weight loss. This is more of a bulking period.
Of course any fat lost on the middle is always a good thing. 3 lbs in the first few days was actually expected. Cardio had gone up. I am adding food and started MK766 so already see it coming back up.
It’s not hard for me to fluctuate 5-7 lbs during a week. I do try to only weight first thing in the morning. Always same time.
This week I have seen 187 at lowest,
Yesterday 195 but this morning I am 194. All is good

I will get y’all some food and training info this week.
Had a great back session today.

Plus this first week or two the body is freaking out. Just finished a cleanse so that empties everything. I have increased food intake. I have added back food that I have been off of for a bit. Then add in some changes to cardio and training.
This is typical. I will get up to 200 maybe 205 then hit a wall. Anything over that an I am in unchartered waters

Meal prep today.
200g Oven roasted chicken breast
100g Oven roasted zucchini
6-8 cherry tomatoes.
Cup of brown rice
Baby rays sugar free bbq sauce
Bolt house ranch
That is what I eat two or three time a day. I change up the sauces and some times do a balsamic , asian or honey mustard all sugar free.
Sometimes frozen green beans or broccoli.

Average macro
574 calories
54 carbs
9 fat
57 protein.
Will add an avacado to one of the meals for 15g more fat with 160 more calories.

Chicken is usually 150g -200g depending on daily needs.
Also swap out rice for 2 packs of cream of wheat. Reduce the water so it’s more thick and like a fine rice.
Sometimes potato just cooked in microwave.

Breakfast 80 g oatmeal, 4 egg whites and 32 sugar free pancake syrup.
2 meals chicken and rice
1 more with avacado
1 double scoop whey shake
30 almonds
Protein bar
Banana
Apple

Daily macro
3000
40% carb
20% fat
40%protein.

Red meat about 2 times a week . Some times tuna.
I’ll adjust portions at each meal or take out a chicken rice meal to hit daily needs.
Protein bars not all the time.
Quaker chocolate or Carmel rice cakes mixed in most days.
Other items swapped in are:
English muffin
Peanut butter
Natural jelly
Honey
Greek yogurt
Kodiak waffles or pancakes

Sorry meal plans are simple.
Simple and boring works for me. I hardly spend any time thinking about what to eat. And only about 1-2 hours meal prep.

Thanks for posting. I’m sure you’ve tried real butter and a little brown sugar on that sweet potato. Try a little real butter, maple syrup, sprinkle of cinnamon and maybe touch of nutmeg! I’m going to look up your rice cakes.

I think that’s what throws me off. The sweet part. To me potatoes are a savory dish not a pie. The need to cover up their taste make me skeptical.
I know they are good for ya and I eat them like a fry. Just nope a big fan.

Worked out with coach yesterday.
This is why I am glad to finally have a coach. We only get together one day a week. The rest of the week he gives me what to do.
But when together we can work on form and function of lifts.
Been fighting shoulder problem and now re habing it.
Realized I was dropping my right shoulder down In The socket before lifting. That has developed drop shoulder and an imbalance.
Yesterday we tried a lot of stuff and found the best for me.
We use an ankle cuff on a cable machine. Put the cuff on my wrist or fore arm. Hit all three delt.
Holly shit it was amazing. Shit ton of blood went in shoulder and have not felt a pump like that in years.
It took my hands and elbows out of it. Was able keep arms straight and it isolated the lift right on the delts.
Finished with dumbell head seated press. Wasn’t sure how it would feel.
4 set. Started with 40, 45,50,55.
Set of 15,12,12,10
Felt great to finish like that!

My opinion is that pre work out meal will make for good workout.

Today I proved it again. I ate something different and had my timing off.
My work out sucked. I forced my way through a leg day. But I had a bunch of trail mix. Not even a good kind. It was peanuts raisins and a bunch of candy. That shit sat on my stomach and made me feel like crap. It was a weird day and all my meals where off and timing was for shit.
Ok enough crying. Put that behind me and gonna hit it hard tomorrow.
I had PT on my shoulder today so should be real good tomorrow.

End of second week.
Food is going well. Trying eat about 3000 cal per day and will Yakut up to 4000 in a week or so. Woke up this morning 195 lbs. that’s about 5 lbs up from start. 200 won’t be hard to hit soon.
About then the Deca should start to kick in.
Feel good during the day and in the gym.
Sleep is just as bad as normal.
So far so good.!
I will try and start posting work outs and reps soon. Still just easing back into it. So lifting is not heavy weights yet.

Normally I get a good meal in and have a pre work out. At the least I’ll have 2 servings of oatmeal.
The carbs are great fuel for me. During work out I have a banana about an hour in. The sugar and carbs help finish.
Yesterday and today had good food prior to work out and things went well.

It’s the subtle changes. I think things are coming together and kicking in. Last few gym days have been solid.
I woke up this morning 198 lbs.
The first 10 lbs always comes back quick and easy. Muscles feel more full.
First part of this cycle I have not been pushing big weight. Been lower weight with good volume of reps. Focusing on form and the negatives. Also easing into this to reduce my injuries and repair the current ones.
Feel great and ready to start pushing the envelope.
200 lbs is right around the corner.

Today I tried a new cardio. A 25 minute walk from my house is a boxing bag gym. It is not for real boxing. Just bag work class. Heck I don’t want anyone swinging back at me.
It was fun. I have never hit a bag in my life. 45 minute straight bag work. I only had today to try it. The only class available was a kick boxing version.
Probably do it some more. Need to stick with just boxing for now till I figure that out. It was a lot to take in. I was awkward for sure but got heart rate kickin and sweat. Then walked back home. Not bad for my day off from gym. I have mad respect for boxers and fighters.
