As I'm writing this I'm trying to deal with once again.. Ripping my shoulder outta the socket last night at work. Haven done this in years and with more muscle trying to prevent it, it hurts a hell of a lot more lol![]()

Next week I'm meeting with a new physical therapist to get the hamstring back and ready to lift/run fast lol. Got an MRI done recently, which revealed nothing. Was diagnosed with 'severe proximal hamstring tendonitis'
Chest should be fine within 4-6 weeks, which im okay with.
I actually deadlifted for the first time in 10 months yesterday... 315 for an easy 8. I miss that lift. Hopefully, I can start incorporating that into training soon.
yeah man injury sucks.. and aside for being painful, they're even costly
