Hey guys, so I've considered doing steroids seriously for the past 3 months. Recently, I decided against it until i'm at least 21 or older. For the younger members, keep it mind that your body is still growing and developing. Naturally, my lifts are 275 bench, 425 squat, and 405x5 deadlift (age 17, no longer deadlift). I hope to be a motivation to other young kids... stay natural, age 20 or below is too young. Keep reaching for your goals!

I'll be back to post a pic.. gotta get 25 posts first lol

I personally would push it naturally for another 5 years at least, before doing any juice. That's my opinion.

Yeah, I can tell my natural levels are relatively high. It's tempting to take the shortcut, but im gonna avoid it. I also, run track unattached vs college athletes, so ethically it would be some big-time cheating. Some of my peers at the gym are definitely juicing.. It's difficult knowing that I work harder than them, but chemicals let them attain greater gains.

good job bro. you look like a 35 year old who has been lifting years in that pic.. good definition and mass.

no reason to juice until you are older you are correct, you have plenty of hormones in the body to give you an edge. no reason to shut them off.

now your goal should be to gain experience and research the crap out of training splits and diet.. and once you go to college keep it up, don't stop lifting.. i know its hard but you have to find an hour a day to dedicate to it.

Nice man, how've you been training?
Strength, splits, power, hypertrophy? Coz they are some nice numbers +
Lookin solid as hell haha, only get better as the years go on if you keep it up too!

8 reps is what I've been hitting most working sets for, for quite a while now. I (re)strained my pec, 3 weeks ago... So I've took some time off of chest, now i'm doing light weight to get the blood flowing.
A week of lifting looks like this:
day 1- back, traps, and calves
day 2- bis/tris plus light cardio
day 3- Shoulders, Calves, and Abs
day 4- Off
day 5- Chest/Leg Rehab (rehabbing a grade 3 hamstring tear/ partial tendon tear)
day 6- repeat day 1
day 7- off
day- bis/tris becomes day 1, hit this twice

I superset everything. I train 2x muscle groups simultaneously every time I lift.

Thanks man!

Yeah, im a sophomore in college + i work 20 hrs a weeks.. still make sure to hit the gym 5x a week for an hour and a half.

I can't even imagine being a father... working full-time and keeping up with the kids.. I have a lot of respect for the older members that can pull that off.

Ah nice man, decent setup. Sorry to hear about injuries, they can be a bitch... You doing rehab with a Physio or just DIY rehab?
As I'm writing this I'm trying to deal with once again.. Ripping my shoulder outta the socket last night at work. Haven done this in years and with more muscle trying to prevent it, it hurts a hell of a lot more lol :(
