2 year break from gear - where do I start

I had a 2 year break from gear. Divorce, stress, depress - no more puss - back in gym, but feeling week and demotivated. I'm 34, 5'11 230, not too lean at the moment..

I'm thinking of running eq / tren / low test clueless of mg's - any suggestions.

I'm fond of longer / low dose cycles to let my diet and training do the work.

I want hgh to get out of depression too - but cant find

How long have you been back in the gym?
I would get some time under your belt and your
diet critiqued before you consider a cycle.
 
Bro if your looking for a great boost unleashed or hcgenerate will do it. After you build a base up try running a epistane cycle to boost strength. It will yield nice gains and it doesnt aromatize. Wait a little while before jumping on juice.

if you took off 2 years it will take atleast 6 months to a year to get back your conditioning.

you will be sore for the next several weeks and it will be hard but you need to push through it and set a goal.

if you juice you will waste the entire cycle being sluggish and with no conditioning. waste of money if you ask me

once you get back your conditioning i would do as joeblow suggested.. run a short epistane cycle.. its gentle, and it won't shut you down hard like a long cycle you mentioned .. thats the smart way to do things
 
From personal experience using juice to get back in shape just doesn't work!....you have to have a decent base to get the real benefits or it's just even more disappointing. I compete in a sport where injuries are just part of the deal. So I'm constantly working my self back in to shape over and over. My first time ever doing a cycle I was in TIP TOP shape, I had 6 complete years of competing and training. Than I had my first set of big injuries and figured I'll just run a cycle and be right back to where I was before my injuries in know time!....WRONG!!....aas in my opinion almost hinders your ability to get back in shape if your starting from ground zero again.

All horrible ideas IMO. No tren. Get your head back into training. Don't depend on the drugs to cure your depression. Long, low level cycles will just suppress you and not yield great results. You're better off training for a few month then do a month month cycle as a boost then go back to natty.

Hell, after being off for 2 years if you trained seriously and took UNLEASHED, BRIDGE and GEAR you'd make amazing results. Don't be lazy.
