i've been hitting the weights hard, but have slacked on the diet quite a bit over the last 10 days (off and on)... stress at work has been kicking my diets ass...

anywho, here are some shots from tonight...

i'm on a bulk, so i'm not really concerned with fat loss at the moment, although the fat around my waist is really buggin the shit out of me when i see it in the pics... :(

8 more weeks of bulk, and then i'm gonna run a 4-6 week cutter...
 
Very nice! I think a bunch of that fat is just goign to make way for more lean body mass :)

What is the delta in your stats?

i'm not sure about what my BF was at the beginning or what it is now... frankly i'm not real concerned with it... i'll check it before i go on my cutter, and then after it's over...

Delts and legs are looking good.
You actually look like you have leaned out a bit while growing. Nice job!
 
it makes me laugh, as on another website these are some of the comments i got...

Nice upper abs, but no lower. Good arms, but chest is lacking in proportion. Same deal with the legs, good calves, but quads/hams need work.

404 chest not found.

but you need to work on your abs more for cut and definition and definitely your chest there is no definition almost look like boobs.

The biggest thing I'd say is that you need to do more upper pec work. Overall you're in great shape but the pecs are a bit saggy. Do more incline work and skip the flat/decline and you'll be good.

I see OBVIOUS upper pec mass from the angle side shots; In which if you didn't it would be very apparent.

Great chest, delt, and overall leg improvment from before!

RE: The lower ab comments: Did the people know your bulking?

I'm am curious to what a full (UPPER body) frontal would look like, easier to gauge proportionality.

You know, DZLS, there are going to be haters out there any time you post photos online. Insecure people never can bring themselves to say nice things about other people. I think you are making great progress, ESPECIALLY in your delts. Seriously, they have grown so much since January. You are looking really lots thicker in the upper body and legs. Plus, I think it is just super cool that you post pictures that show your entire physique and you do so very consistently. You are obviously completely dedicated, and I always like looking at your progress. =-)

Sweet! Your legs and ass, er...I mean glutes...hahaha....are looking great actually. That is a good angle to show the size of your legs and glutes. I was wrong about my previous comment about your hammies and glutes. They are in great proportion.
 
i've always read that 10" above the knee was the measurement that gave the greatest size... would be semi flexed as well...
 
oh ok.

well I just might be thinking too "much" into it then i guess... cuz 10" above the knee can vary greatly person to person (height, long legs, short legs, ect.), that's why I mentioned the muscle belly.

Can't believe I missed this post last nite - I was up until 4....

I think I commented before - when you get down to your target bodyfat level you are gonna be a niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice hunka man! Really nice proportion all around :) And i'm not saying you don't look great now, but definitely a very nice base. God was good to you :)
