1. How come even when I run a consistant diet of about 125 grams of carbs a day, and watch my sodium,my face seems to lean up during the day, but then by 11 at night start to look puffy again. I just finished a cycle of sus and eq 10 days ago, and will continue running l-dex through clomid.
2. I did like a perfect tricep workout on tuesday, extreme form and intensity. My tris are still killing me, and the only thing I have left to train for the week is Chest and delts, both of which hit tris big time. So do you think I should stll train them, even though my tris are unusually sore?
