2 NEW PR's FOR FLAT BENCH!!!

Felt like shit going into the gym tonite but it all fell into place quite nicely once I started lifting. I hit a warm up of 135x20 then a light set of 225 for 12, one work set of 275 for 8....then my PR's.....315x5!! and 335x2!! I know this ain't shit to a lot of you, but the last time I hit 315 was like 2 years ago, and that was for only 3 reps. I'm pretty juiced because these strength gains keep coming consistently and I've been off the M1T for 2 weeks now. I'm trying to get 315 for 8 consistently within the next couple of weeks which should hopefully bring my max to at least 365. We'll see.

Awesome work brother!! Your first 3 warm-up sets are identical to my usual warm-up also. Unusual to see that. Thats a nice increase! I noticed after the M1T at a low dose for only 2 weeks, that my strength continued to increase after I went off, rather then decrease. Could be coincidence. Ill likely try another two week cycle since I have just enough left to do that again. Will wait for my shoulders to heal up first. Youll hit 315x8 for sure brother!! Also, 315x8 may put you over the 365 mark. When I was at 315x7, which was recent, I was right around 370. So that extra rep might put you at 375+. ALOT of it is mental too. You might surprise yourself. I havent even warmed up properly for a max attempt, doing multiple sets to failure and then I hit 380. So I think you also have to change your routine around to focus on the max specifically, to be able to really test it. Keep KILLING that shit!!

Yeah, I've read that thread along with about a million others on this site as well as others. Believe me bro, I'm not the kind of person who fucks with anything before I've learned as much as I can about it and how to properly use it. I realize regardless, I've still taken a risk with this stuff since actual medical research is VERY limited on it, but I felt confident enough to give it a trial run based on the knowledge I've gotten from other people that have used it. There are definite precautions that need to be taken, but that holds true for any anabolic or PH. And believe me, I'm too scared not to take those precautions.
 
That's good to hear. My post wasn't necessarily aimed at you; I have just seen lots of people mention taking M1T lately, so I wanted to make others aware. Didn't mean to hijack your thread!
 
Nah, it's all good. I believe that everybody should be aware of what they are getting into whenever they try something new. That's a big part of what this site is supposed to be about....education.
