Felt like shit going into the gym tonite but it all fell into place quite nicely once I started lifting. I hit a warm up of 135x20 then a light set of 225 for 12, one work set of 275 for 8....then my PR's.....315x5!! and 335x2!! I know this ain't shit to a lot of you, but the last time I hit 315 was like 2 years ago, and that was for only 3 reps. I'm pretty juiced because these strength gains keep coming consistently and I've been off the M1T for 2 weeks now. I'm trying to get 315 for 8 consistently within the next couple of weeks which should hopefully bring my max to at least 365. We'll see.
