Hahahaha ... too funny bro! You know that you are TOO INTO training, when you are getting laid for the cardio. I like the cardio benefits from it, but dont care that much and dont time it. To tell you the truth, I hate doing all the work, and the girl that I am with now probably gets more of a cardio workout than I do.
Some sex training tips I have noticed though and do sometimes when I missed a workout.
-Doing missionary like pushups will tucker you out... Just hands and feet touch the bed (no knees).
-Do doggy standing up on the bed and crouched in a deep squat position. Holding this and thunder pumping will burn your legs.
-Hold your chick up and stand in a squat while she is riding you (dont lean agianst a wall or anything), have some extra weight for resistance. Might be a lot if she is a big mama.
-Stand up 69 is good too ... you can do calf raises while you are holding here like this.
the girl I am seeing now is super petit and light (finger puppet), she dosent give much resistance.
Oh shit .... anyways, about the thread, I am 1.5-2hrs on upper body days, and 1hr on leg days now (thats how my split is now). Plus I do 10mins of cardio warmup, 20 mins of shoulder warmup on upper body days, 10 mins of regular warm up, and 15mins stretching postworkout, so after you take this into account, my workouts are fairly quick.
Try switching your routine up to a supersetting type workout (I always do this type when on). Also load yourself with creatine and a good delivery system (dex +ala), you can really notice it between your sets, you wont need as much time to recover.
