4, I think? I ran into some trouble with the Prop I was using. 1. it bloated me out bigtime. I think I'm very sensitive to Test, cause the same think happened to me on Sus, but I was thinking with Prop I wouldn't hold any water. I also was getting sensitive nips so I droped the Prop, and all the water is coming off. I'm feeling good again, the Prop really messed my physique up, I was shredded, veiny, and rock hard...and it was like I woke up to being a bloated water retaining buffalo. But things are now back on track, diet is fucking awesome- I love it! I cheated hard this weekend, I mean hard - it was like Christmas

I'm feeling lean again. I don't think test is for me, I will stick to Anabolics from now on. Mentally the water retention was a set back in a way, because I felt as though I was putting on weight again...and I was...186 to 192...but it was all water. So now it's time to look good again...and get to that 5% bf I've always wanted. Love the Program bro, love it.
