1st post!!

Well I know pretty much the diet for proteins and carbs but I keep hearing about fats what kind of fats should I throw in my diet and what to avoid?
 
Ok so I've done a little more research an found hcg and that type of thing for the post cycle and looked up var and primo so I get it... Crawl before walk and walk before run lol thanks for the help guys my diet is going to be the next advice I'll need but I guess I'm in the wrong section for that thanks fellas!
