1st day back sucked

Just hit the gym after about a week and a half off (Due to a shoulder injury). I returned only to find that my bench press had dropped about 15 damn pounds. This sux...I was hardly moved to committ to the rest of my routine, but I stuck it out. It was like someone had knocked down a kids damn sand castle.
 
You'd be amazed at how fast your strength will return. Work your rotators frequently. Strengthen your tris and lats as well.
 
its just like riding a bicycle, you never forget, it may just take a time or two to get on the bike before you kick back into high gear.

just be patient.
