1st cycle

This is the 1st cycle ever. I am on Decca, Cytomel, and clenbuterol. I can see my muscle groth clearrly and I am on my 7th week. The only thing is that I cannot see any fat comming off. I work out 6 days a week with small cario everyday for 45 min. Any suggestions...........
 
Well if your not seeing the results you think you should be geting, 90% of the time your diet is the problem. It could also be that your bloated from the Deca, so you may not be able to notice the fat loss you would without the bloat. What is your dosing shedule for the T3 and Clen ? What is your diet like ? Stats at the start till now ?

If I am reading that right, you are taking 50mcg/Day for the first 2 weeks of Cytomel use then bumping it up to 100mcg/Day for the next 2 ? then coming off cold turkey ? When using Cytomel you should ramp up fast and down slowly. Be very careful when using that shit as you really don't want to deal with thyroid probs. Also that dose of Deca seems fairly low and Cytomel in higher doses can be fairly catabolic. I'd consider throwing in some Prop to that cycle.

No offense, but thats a horrible cycle, deca alone? How much deca are you taking and for how long are you gonna run it? What does your PCT look like?

200mg of deca. for 8 weeks. I decided to go off a begginer cycle I got off a friend from a website being its my first cycle ever. I agrre with the points that you said about the cytomel. What would you suggest to change? And they didn't recommend no pct.

Well your to deep into the cycle now to change anything. Slowly ramp off the Cytomel (maybe 20mcg every 4 days or so) and get some Clomid for your PCT. Start it 3 weeks after your last shot of Deca. Take 100mg/Day for the first week of use then 50mg/Day for the final 2 weeks for a 3 week total PCT.

Thanks for that info bro! You don't know how much I appriciate it. Do you have any recommendations on a good cycle for loosing fat and gaining good lean muscle?

There are a ton of diffrent cycles out there that will HELP you achive your desired results. DIET is the most important and will be key to your success on or off cycle. What does your current diet look like ? cals per day on avarage ?

what is one of that you have ran across and gotten good results. I gained 14 lbs in 1.5 weeks. I am 5'10'' and no holding 250lbs.

bro...everyone is gonna recommend test ffor your ffirst cycle. But you are deep...also the deca you are running is really low...mostly if you want lean gains onn your cycle its all diet bro... all your carbs gotta be really low glycemic...hit up the anpb bro
 
Here is what i learned.. after a few eweeks of 45min a day your body builds up a kind of tolerance to that . you then need to add a few minutes every week. what i did last year without steroids!! started at 1/2 hr a day for 5 days a wk after 2 weeks went to 45mins then after week and half went to 6-7 days a week then after another 10 days split routine 3-35mins morning 30-35mins night 5 dys week then upo to 6 days then 45 mins twice a day etc... after a total of 9 weeks of that routine and eating very very good with NO STEROIDS I went fom 15%b.f to 8.5% b.f Remeber I was all natural good luck
