I would definitely find out whats going on w/ your shoulder first. If you need that scoped you dont want to go on a cycle. TRT maybe but thats a whole different discussion.

I ruptured the same two discs in my neck. Fought off every surgeon who wanted to cut me open and im 99% now. Best thing ever.

I am not a doctor but I hate steroid injections into the labrum/rotator cuff... temporary fix IMO. You need to solve the problem and get it fixed. You are not an office worker you are an athlete completely different.

You should be doing lots of rehab/prehab and mobility work on the shoulder not weight training right now. Having huge delts but a ripped up rotator cuff sucks. You can check out mobilitywod.com and just search and find all the shoulder exercises. Well worth it.

Once the shoulder is fixed up you can move onto the neck. Much trickier and much more important as well. Sucks, I wont lie and for this I would say its worth finding a good chiro or PT who can help you out. I found a great chiro who put me through a great PT regimine to fix my neck. Tons of stretching, traction, exercises and iso kinetic type stuff.

Basically get your stuff all fixed up and train properly for a few months and then revisit the whole cycling thing.
