1st cycle in a few years

Hey guys, I'm 33yrs old. 6'1" and weigh 295lbs. BF is 19 %. Bench is 565, squat is 730lbs and deadlift is 830lbs. Looking at doing a cycle of Tren Acetate & Test-250 or maybe Test-250 & deca. Any thoughts our suggestions on something better. Thanks
 
BIG numbers, is it safe to assume you're a powerlifter?

Yeah those are huge numbers bro. What are your goals for this cycle? What kind of cycle history do you have?
 
Yes u can say I'm a powerlifter. I don't Compete just like being big and very strong. I did several strongman comps just to say I did them. I have done Test-250, deca, d-Bol a couple times. Test-250, tren, Winnie a few times.
 
That is a big big total you are putting up there, people are usually happy when they get 1000 total haha, bigdave is big.
 
You wanna cut or put on more size or jack strength bro? Coz then someone will come in with specific help. But if you want the strength, if you train okay on tren.. Your numbers might get nuts on it of your body doesn't give out haha.

You said you wanna be big and strong, test, deca, and dbol is a classic. This will add size and strength.
1-16 test e 750 mgs week
1-14 deca. 500 mgs week
1-6 dbol 50 mgs day
The reason i cut out deca at 14 week is because it takes longer to recover from.
so I give my self a head start before pct.

Thanks joe blow for the info. Would like to run deca but my source doesn't have any. Backtobaciks I would like to take what size I have and cut it down to as hard of a look I can. My buddy is a nutritionist and does meal plans for bodybuilders. Have the diet so just need what cycle would be best

If you want to lean out then run tren and masterone if you can get it. Test is always a nice base for any cycle, but your bound to gain weight. The tren and mast will lean you out.

This! That is a staple in the cutting arsenal bro. Nothing cuts better imo. Test p 100 eod mast p 100 eod and tren a 100 eod. Ahh I can't wait til spring!
