1st Clen cycle

I'm new to the fitness forums and was wondering if my first clen cycle made sense.....
1st week.....04mg in the morning with multi vitamin and fish oil, milk thistle.
2nd week......08mg in morning etc....at nihgt bendryl...to aid sleep and clean recepters. 1000mg Taurine if the cramping stars.
3rd week......12mg in morning etc ben at night.
off for three weeks.
Start same cycle for last three weeks.

Detox suppliment for two weeks to clean up...

Backround: 5'11 215 pounds fat around the waist eg. "love handles"
Cardio everyday 2hours of mountain biking , bowflex routine 3 days a week= 1 hours worth.

Any feedback would be great!

Good luck. I'm running it right now. Tapered up from 20 to 140mcg a day. Been on full dose for about 2 weeks. So far only lost 3 lbs but it was all fat you can literally see it. I was eating too many cals tho. I have now reduced my cals a day by 500 because I was actually eating at my maintenance. I'm running it for 2 more weeks so I'll let you know how it works out. I'm interested to hear how it works for you as well.

Make sure to eat about 500 cals under maintenance and hit up lots of cardio which it looks like you are doing. You should see good results.

I haven't noticed any cramping so far and I'm not taking taurine. Maybe I'm just lucky. I haven't been able to really lift though. My muscles tighten up too much, so I'm really just killing the cardio right now and hitting up a little weights at least once a week to keep my muscles pumped.

If you are not using AAS, I would avoid clen.
Actually to be honest, the only reason benefit I see from clen is if it is incorporately sparingly into the PCT treatment.

Add in clen with 2 hours cardio a day and ??WTF?? you are just going to end up a smaller fat person.

And if you simply MUST go this route, at least try to use Albuteral. It is much cleaner than clen.

i lost a lot of fat on clen a few years ago... I was getting cramps so freakin bad.. i took 15mg of taurine everyday along with calcium - mag and and a shit load of other vitamins.. and it went away.. i was able to get up to 120mcg and still function at work without shaking that bad.. good luck..

Yes, Guardian's passing has me thinking twice about ever touching this stuff again when I'm done. There has to be a reason a guy in that good of shape has his heart fail on him out of nowhere, and he did use a lot of clen and eca. I have a feeling this will be the last time I use it.
 
Just realized how much cardio you do. You may actually want to eat at maintenance instead of 500 under because you are going to burn tons of cal from all that biking. In fact it is better to keep cals up and create the calorie deficit from cardio instead.

Please don't speculate as to the cause of death. Nobody knows (at least that I know of) for sure and we shouldn't assume that using clen was the cause.

Lipoflame works better than clen for me.

Like I said in another thread I will no longer post about him, other than to say he was a good bro, out of respect. I know better than anyone that someone can die out of nowhere for no reason at a young age from heart failure as my father passed at 36.

In fact, in 2 weeks when I'm done with the clen I will be running lipoflame for 1 month with the same diet so I will be able to make a direct comparison. Honestly, for me, clen has no lived up to it's hype.
 
I really don't like the half life of clen. With your heart beating 100mph while your trying to go to sleep is just not tolerable (for me anyhow).

You'll like the Lipoflame. It is the longest active fat burner I have ever used.

I have tried it before for short periods and I loved it. The buzz lasted for a good 5-6 hours.

As far as clens half life, I really haven't had a problem sleeping. I think I am one of the lucky ones as far as clen sides, but who knows what it's doing to me under the hood.

I don't doubt it at all. That's why it was only approved for animal use unlike say test or deca. Plus it doesn't work all that much better than just a good diet, lots of cardio (which you need to do on clen anyway), and a good otc fat burner. So why risk your heart?
 
I just picked up a bunch of Clenbuterol. I did quite a bit of research first and based on my friends experience with Clenbuterol decided to give it a try. Everyone says to start with 1 tab and work your way up to 80-160mcg (4-8 tabs) I took a total of 6 tabs today on my first day and I dont really feel a thing. I know it's legit Clenbuterol, I dont have the shakes or anything. I dont see what the big deal is over this shit. Im gonna continue doing it for 2 weeks to see what happens. My diet and training are spot on. Also currently running 50mg Winstrol - ED and 400mg Equipoise - weekly

If you took 120mcg of "legit" clen on your first day and don't really feel anything, then it's not legit.
 
musclejunkie, I'm on day 9 I think now of Clen and doing 160mcg, I have cramped on occassion and my resting heartrate is 115 and I only have to walk 3.5mph on the treadmill to get my heartrate to 133 beats per minute. It's legit Clen. Spiropent from Mexico. I'm warm and sweat more but as far as it feeling crazy hardcore like I read about I dont get those sides. Does give me a weird, energized and weak feeling all at the same time. I just expected more.
