im 18 i play college football its the offseason. ive heard steriods make you a better player all around. i was wondering if they make you faster, i've also heard of different kinds of pruducts that dont produce those negative side affects like traditional steroids. i need some help cuz i'd like to be stronger and faster and a better player all around any info will help but im most interested in making sure i dont destroy my body thanks

Your prolly too young to do steroids right now, wait a couple more years, winstrol does make you faster tho. That's what all the olympic sprinters took i think.
 
If you want to be bigger, stronger and faster, train as hard as you can and eat a lot of good, clean, healthy food.

You don't need roids at your age kiddo.
 
18 you still got at least a few years of decent gains w/0 juice. Just remember steroids aren't wonder drugs they wont just make you a better ball player.

They will allow you to train harder, recover faster, break plateaus, absorb food more efficently and so on...

Dont be lazy, use steroids when all other resources are exausted. Do some research first, please.
Learn about AI's, PCT, drug testing, side effects, and know what each and every single compound will do for you, (pro's and cons). So that you can make sure to run a cycle that will fit your needs as an athlete. Make good decesions dont live with any regrets.
Remember its a lifestyle not a hobby. Because I cant even think of any bro's that have dont it "just once"

yeah i would say just eat and train like crazy unless ur really good and possibly have a chance at gettin in the nfl.....then i would definitely juice
 
bro eat like a horse train like a machine your body produces enough hormones at your age, just alot of hard work is all you need to do

eat as much grilled chicken, lean beef and drink as much milk as you can
and you'll be good to go.
 
yup im with everyone else, rest train hard and tons of clean food and you will grow like a weed at your age , i applied those basic principles at my age and i grew, your body is flooded with test at this age kid, make use of it,

at 18 you will rob yourself of any natural growth --ie bones or at least cut way down on the growth. it is not about the amount of tes.t in your body it is all the g.h/igf that is just in sick amounts that will make you get big natty.

do juice now and there is a good chance you will never reach what was your genetic potential

i grew a few inches at about 22-23--and i would not trade those extra few inches for any gear gains at 18.

im not lazy i bust my ass and im very educated on the subject of how to train what to eat how to rest and what supplements to take..but i really need to be faster is there anything i can take that will help

Steroids are not going to give you a skill you dont have already. You will gain muscle shed bodyfat and get faster using them but your only 18 so dont use them. You dont need them at your age bottom line.
 
Guys, You know that there are MANY college athletes using gear!
Give him your opinion on early usage, but what about giving him
suggestions about what he can do. If he is set on taking AAS,
he will just listen to some uninformed jerk @ college or in his gym and make
bad decisions because no one wanted to give him sound advise?
I think knowledge is the answer.
 
dmetri, so long as your system is relatively normal, you have plenty of testosterone in you system naturally. I'm not kidding, so take serious advantage of having lots of natural test now while you can. The test in your system right now naturally should be the equivalent of a 30 year old juicing to the gills. Toss a log over your shoulders and take off down the field doing walking lunges, eat like a horse, and you'll grow faster than me if I was on 1200 mg/week of test and EQ.

maybe he is not set and will relize he is not done growing steroid usage at his age can close his growth plates.
Males do not reach finish growing untill 21 to 23 in some cases 25

sure many college athletes use gear many of them would have no need for it if they did less partying ate and trained correct most could avoid gear usage

last resort. He needs to be convinced rather that it is 90% likely that he can achieve what he wants without steroids. Especially at his young age. Hell, he hasn't even hit his peak naturally by a long damn shot! This young man has yet to run his fastest 40 naturally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@

well are there any supplements whatsoever that will help increase my speed and agility. im not asking what drills or excercises im not an idiot im strictly askin about supplements

My first experience was in college. I had a close friend who was a BB
and 18. I don't know how long he had been using, but he ended up
taking 2nd in the state because of symmetry. He wanted to go pro and
he knew he had no choice if he wanted to compete. There were a large
number of guys on the football team who were using. Dr's were writing
scripts of orals like it was candy. No one thought about PCT - post cycle therapy - ! Just HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin -
as stated in Dr. Squats book.

We all survived and we all have children. I wish I had more knowledge
back then because I would have altered my cycles. Negative
side effects are real! These kids need to make educated decisions.
Decca only first cycle on previous post confirms that crazy cycles
are happening now. I have informed my son of the negatives and
expect him to believe me and my advise. He has listened to date,
and has a great body. It can be done without use, it is slower and
the final results are similar.

There's not anything you can take that will magically on it's own make you faster. Weight training with specific exercises geared toward what your goals are (power cleans, squats, etc.), along with your drills is the only thing that will do it. You'll get stronger and faster. Best thing you can do is get your diet/nutrition and training dialed in. If your training is dialed in, work on nutrition.

As for supplements, you can take supps to help support optimum nutrition and training environment, but the work is what will make you faster. No magic pills, sorry. I wish there were.

What are all the supplements you are taking now? Maybe we can work from there to avoid redundancy.
 
i have said this more times than i care to remeber but i just will not be a part of helping a young man f*ck himself-up--"he is going to do it anyway" just tells me he cares little what advice he is given anyway--it's simple gear use at 18 is abuse not use.

get urself a NO supp. and a sweet diet. just no its all mental bro. when ever i take any supp i get so pumped into believing that the supp is doing all the work, but i know iits just me pushing harder and still getting results. you can do it, ur young with a shit load of hormones so use them to ur benifit!!!

bro at 18 years old you have a shitload of natural testosterone flowing throw your body,imo there is no fucking need to introduce synthetic test into your body.you need to train as hard as you possibly can,eat right get enough sleep,and achieve muscle maturity before you even think about gear.otherwise you won't get the gains you desire,and you will basically be pissing in the wind.

we know that post cycle therapy can be used to kickstart natural testosterone production in adults over 23........the same can't be said about 18 year olds.hell you could permanently shut down your natural test production and have to be on hormone replacement therapy the rest of your entire life.think hard about it bro,put in the hard work,sweat and dedication instead of searching for a 'quick fix'

I was thinking along these lines too. Some supplement to enhance VO2 max. There's at least one out there I've seen that has phosphate salts and potassium in it that is supposed to increase VO2 max. Might be worth a try, if for nothig more than the placebo effect you mention.
 
in most cities there will be a sports med performance clinic--that may be the best money you ever spend (at least with the really good ones). they will find your baseline and your potential and coach you how to get there---sprints with a parachute will make you faster than gear ever will
