OP...EAT BIG MEALS! TAKE NAPS WHENEVER YOU CAN... get a min of 8 hrs sleep/day, 9-10 would be better. Decide which it is that you want to do, be a boxer or be a bber cuz the 2 will not co-exist together very well.
Stick to basic free weight lifts, Dead Lift, Squat, Overhead press, Bench, Rows and Dips. AND THATS ALL! For now do this 3x/week and work up in weight. Then when you get to heavier weights go to 2x/week. Eat high protiedn and MASSIVE BREAKFASTS.
