160, 6'0, first cycle recommendations ?

OP...EAT BIG MEALS! TAKE NAPS WHENEVER YOU CAN... get a min of 8 hrs sleep/day, 9-10 would be better. Decide which it is that you want to do, be a boxer or be a bber cuz the 2 will not co-exist together very well.
Stick to basic free weight lifts, Dead Lift, Squat, Overhead press, Bench, Rows and Dips. AND THATS ALL! For now do this 3x/week and work up in weight. Then when you get to heavier weights go to 2x/week. Eat high protiedn and MASSIVE BREAKFASTS.

if you are only 160 at six foot then you need to re-examine your training and diet. im betting your diet is screwed up.

his diet is fine.. he just needs to eat MORE. and he needs to lose the long distance cardio.

runners are scrawny for a reason. too much running is catabolic.

agree with most of you. too skinny. im just under six foot and i cant imagine only weighing 160. eat,eat,eat, and than eat some more. dont eat til you puke, but get some protein and carbs in you every few hours. train heavy and consistent, think about gear when your closer to 190-200 pounds.
