Hey boys, was wondering if you could help out a friend of mine, heres his stats

16 years old
5'10-5'11
220

His goals are:
Increase strength
Lose Bodyfat and just fat in general
Convert the lost of fat and bodyfat into a nice looking body( say spring/summerbody)

Hes not willing to take any supplements

hes thinkin about doing HIIt training on a bike or elyptical(which would be hard)

any tips boys?

how many cals do you reccomend him eating...
He does not eat junk food but once in awhile (1 in 2 weeks)

Lost fat asap

thanks boys

Well it's difficult to lose body fat, but general fat's a different story all together.

Oh wait. No it isn't.

Hey pudgy, stop eating so much.

Learn to spell elliptical.

Oh, this is for your friend? Riiiight.

circuits are the best way to lose weight. i've never done them with heavy enough weights to gain much strength, so im not sure how well that would work. i would assume you would fatigue to fast to complete the workout. if he is set on doing both gaining strength and losing fat then maybe body weight circuts three days and low rep lifting followed by a run on alternating days. and the 7 meals is very important, just make sure each one is based off of at least 30g of lean protein

I like the circuits idea, he has to be sweating his A** off through the ENTIRE workout. No/minimal rest will be key. He's big for only being 16 so he is going to have to progress into the circuits with weights. Maybe straight cardio for 2 weeks to ramp up his cardiovascular endurance, I'm guessing its lagging. Don't forget...DIET.

TONYROMA I still have the church giggles

you're a fucking scammer, you should buy him a weight bench with all of the money you've stolen, scumbag
