i got to spend the 150 dollars though they were given to me and i gotta make use of them today. i dont mind buying 10 pounds of honey turkey, just dont want it to spoil. how nutritious are they?

you can freeze it,but I would find something better then lunch meat as their is lots of sodium in alot of it
