1400 calories ED enough for weight loss?

hey guys,


just got off a bulking cycle, not need to lean out. Im at about 215 right now and want to start cutting down. I plan on hitting the weights like i ussualy do (4-5) times a week, and adding 3 days of cardio to the week. this while dropping my claorie consumption to apox 1500 per day, from 3000.

ill be doing a 40P-40C-20F diet. hoping to drop about 2lbs per week.

my bmr, if i do nothing at all all day is about 2500.

no cheese, or high glycemic index foods.

any tips or errors on my plan? thanks.
 
I think 1400 is too low.. Aim for 500 under your bmr/tdee.. That would shift 1lb p/w and then your exercise should top that up..

1400 is kinda like a crash diet.. Even with % of your macros and with all that exercise I think your body will be severely malnourished and won't repair properly
