130 pound rat am going to take gear

Hi although this is my first post I am not new to this board. I am 23 and am a rat. I have done a months gym and am now going to take gear. My brothers is on his 3rd course and is a huge. He has keep most of his gains. He used to be my size the only difference is that he has been doing gym for 4 years. I am going to start next month. I have been mointering this board for about a year and a half now and I think that I have got enough information to start myself now. What you all think.

How tall are you bro ? Unless you are VERY short then 130lbs is nothing at all and I would look at my DIET and training before touching any gear at all. Gear will not make up for a good diet as it is key if you want to grow.

guys i know the mentality of ppl that r burning to use steroids.. no matter how much u talk they never listen.. but bro i think u should wait and make some natural base first...

If you have only been in the gym a month, why have you been checking out the board for a year or so? You need to learn disciple, not only in the gym, but eating and sleeping right. I lifted for 7 years before the though of gear even came into my head.
 
WOW, on the board for a year and a half and just took your silly ass to the gym a month ago?

Stay far far away from steroids, you will just mess your self up.
Also dont listen to anything your older brother tells ya cause it looks like he's been of no help at all so far.

If you don't have your diet and training down there is no way to keep the weight you get from juice. You will have be on most of the time and when the cycles get bigger and bigger and when your wallet has no cash and you go off you'll lose everything and hinder future gains. Get some gains from working out for about a year then think about a/s. A year will go by quick.

500 mg of sustanon per week
100 mg of anadrol per day
200 mg of deca per week
75mg of Fina EOD
50 mg of dbol per day
3 I.U.s of Growth every night
t3 - 4 times a day
Insuline - Before every workout
No nolvadex, clomid or any other kind of estrogen blocker. It might also block some of the needed testosterone.

Diet.
Breakfast - Skip it (to big of a hurry in the am)
Lunch - Mcdonalds chees burger (hold the pickle)
Dinner - Just maybe a salad (he is watching his figure you know)

Workout.
1.5 hours posting on elite fitness' board
Oh yeah - He might go watch his brother workout once a week.

YEAH BUT SERIOUSLY MIKE THE RAT, YOU SHOULDN'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GEAR UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR WELL OVER A YEAR, AND ESPECIALLY UNTIL YOU HIT A PLATEAU WHERE YOUR BODY JUST WON'T GAIN MUSCLE MASS NATURALLY ANYMORE. THEN START THINKING ABOUT THE GEAR.

That's not very light :confused: chop it in half and it light but still not very light
