12 week cycle for a new b???

is 12 weeks to long for a first cycle????

100 mg winnie EOD for the first 4 weeks
100 mg winnie every day for the last next ten
300 mg deca every 5 days for the first 4 weeks
450 mg of deca for the next 3 weeks
250 mg sestanon every 4 days starting week 6 and finishing it at week 12???

also takin 120 mg ephedine daily

some one let me know?????

oi know i messed up with taking winnie in the beginning but its to late now i am on week 3???? just tryin to fiigure out if i should continue???

This is not a cycle I would run (advise you run). The winny is too long imo (and should be taken ed anyway). The test should be run the entire way through, and no real reason to taper your doses up and down like that...
And that is WAY too much ephedrine (you will have a hell of a time sleeping on that)

Uh, this is a horrible cycle especially for your first. Sust @ 250 every 4 days for 10 weeks is all you need for first cycle.

actualy i have been on ephedrine for over a year now, with little to no sleeping problems,

original cycle was the winnie portion and the deca portoion, but i want a 12 week cycle so i want to go with setanon,m my bad, ima a rookie, lookin to move to the next level. if my cycle sounds bad, please lket me knnow what i am doing wrong and not make rude statements. much love. 1

I would seriously reconsider taking so much ephedrine. I had more side effects from taking too much of that stuff than with all the gear I ever took.

I think you should stop the Ephedrine for a couple months... Your CNS takes a beating from so many stimulants.

Hit up some green tea -- or Liporexin instead if you wish.

Also 500mg's test for 10 weeks is all you need.
