12 month progress

Starting weight 200. BF was around 26-28%. No training for 4 years.

12 months later. Weight 180. BF is around 12-14%.

I am 5'11.

I need to work on my midsection and back. Actually I need to work on everything for that matter - but my back and abs are lagging. I would like to add 10-15 more pounds of LBM this year while keeping the bodyfat at 10% or less if thats possible.

Sust, Enanthate, Prop, Deca, EQ, Fina, Winny, Dbol, IGF-1. Divided up into three cycles.

I experimented with all these substances and found out that just plain ole Test and Eq is all I will ever want or need. I might try Primo but I have not decided if it's worth the extra dough.

Over the next 12 months I plan on staying with Eq, Test, and IGF-1. I will also run 6 months of GH for the first time.
