One time they refused to sell me sleeping pills and cough syrup at the same time. Keep in mind that these were over the counter meds. After much argument, the cashier agreed to sell them to me in two different transactions. WTF?
6. An Al Snow Action Figure
In 1999 Wal-Mart put the brakes on selling an action figure featuring WWE hardcore wrestler Al Snow. Snow’s wrestling gimmick at the time involved walking to the ring while carrying and talking to a mannequin head. Naturally, his action figure came with the head as an accessory, but two professors at Georgia’s Kennesaw State University saw the inclusion of the head as a problem. They told the press that by selling the action figure society was “normalizing violent treatment of women. We are telling little boys that this is acceptable behavior.” (Please, parents: don’t ever give your sons the impression that carrying and talking to part of a mannequin is acceptable.) Following this high-profile outcry, Wal-Mart quit stocking the Al Snow action figure.

I fucking hate those people at wal-mart. Unemployable, except at wal-mart.
Has anyone ever dealt with a somewhat intelligent person at wal-mart? Even a simple question could take four people to answer.

But damned if you can't load up on ammo for your Tec-9 and buy all the tobacco and alcohol you want. Wal Mart's protecting it's customers from bad stuff like creatine and nyquil.

For what it's worth: Wal-mart still sells Nyquil, Wal-mart is NOT the only retailer to sell ammo, Wal-mart does NOT carry cheap stuff made just for them, and there are just as many idiots working at Target, K-mart, or whatever local Mom and Pop you shop at as there are at Wal-mart. Everyone one LOVES to bash Wal-mart, but how did it get so huge? FROM PEOPLE SHOPPING THERE! Wal-mart started off as just another small business, just like all the small businesses that it is supposedly trying to destroy, and grew because of its ability to outperform its competition. Wal-mart is the American Dream come to fruition...nothing more and nothing less.

They wouldn't sell me the Nyquil if I bought the sleeping pills too. If i chose the sleeping pills, then they wouldn't sell me the Nyquil.
There's nothing wrong with them selling ammo, it's the irony that they will ban certain harmless items but continue to sell shit that REALLY DOES KILL YOU like cigs and booze.
Also, first post and it's someone with strong pro-Walmart feelings. This has to be an alter that works for Wal Mart.

walmarts the only place in my city that you can see hot chix dressed up in slutty club entire (tiny mini skirts,heels,tub tops etc.) buying douche. i really just go for the entertainment. i sometimes like to get on the intercom and say "code sunshine" bwah hahahahaha try it at your local walmart and tell me what happens
