Before I can begin with my 10X10 program I need to establish where I am at.
Here was tonights workout for chest;
Bench Press
135-5
185-5
225-5
275-5
325-5
370-1
380-1
390-1
I cut it here. I only had weight up to 370. So I tied rubber hoses around my oly bar with standard plates attatched to add resistance. I haven't tested myself on flat since April 1st, 2003 as well.
The road to smashing my PR's is on. I see 405 within the month.
