Not any more! I have come up with a program that blows your out of the water. Be watching this board for updates.

Actually b fold, you should incorporate this into your training. Here's what you do: Set up a course of about 3 or 4 of your favorite events. For example, a truck pulling station, a tire flipping station, a farmer's walk area, and deadlift station. Start at about 8am, go 'til around 5pm, and be sure to take minimal rest between stations. Also, don't eat anything all day, because you would get too much rest in between sets and would lose the pump. Let us know how it turns out. You should grow like a weed.

Sounds like a contest I did once..haha. When I get out of the hospital...I'll let you know how that workout went...lol

Like I said before...my quads are 25.5 inches...and that's big for a girl...so I don't see why he thinks his quads are big.
