10/1- did delts/tris and my internet is back up:)

Seated military press 5x5 with 170. got all reps to touch clavicle with no bounce and strong lockouts. stabilizers got a workout since the god damn seat wobbles:mad: up 5lbs

Push Press 3x8 with 170, these were nice and explosive, weights were flying up with ease. up 5lbs

Close-grip bench 4x8 with 210, easy but still working on form.up 5lbs.

Face-pulls 3x10 with 90lbs up 5lbs. god damn I love this excercise

Skullcrushers- 3x10 with 20/side. slow cadence and working on light side to get max effectiveness up 5lbs

Lateral raises 2x12 with 15lbs, :rolleyes: . dips 2x15 with BW


10/3
Powercleans- 115x3 165x3, 185 4x3 using only 35lbs plate so I have to go further down. all cleans done to full standing height. up 10lbs.

Wide-grip pull-ups 4x8 with BW. better form

Overhand Rows 175 3x8, no back movement, lats were fryed ;) up 10lbs

Lat pulldowns wide grip- 2x12 with 125, work on contraction.up 5lbs

Dimel deads 3x8 with 185 up 20lbs

Kelso shrug 2x12 with 50 each hand up 5lbs each hand

BB shrug 2x12 with 165 up 30lbs

not bad at all, weight are still a little light but I want to start building momentum

I am feeling much better on the lifts and not even tired when finished. I am running at about 70-80% right now but my weights will keep increasing each week
