Speed Bench - 155 x 6 x 2.

Tested Bench - 295 x 1 w/pause.... piece of cake, felt like a warmup.....lol

Speed Clean and Press - 105 x 4 x 1.

Close Grip Inclines - 225 x 2 x 4 with an fast pause on each one.

V-Bar Pulldowns - 150 x 1 x 15.

tired..... and was running late........

glad to hear it x, what are u doing in the hospital??? i got new job at home in ky i love it, working in ccu. i am working to catch u on those overheads, i keep hanging with your old pr's, but u keep setting new ones i don't think i posted, but great job on the near miss on 300.

thanks shanus...... im still doing customer service. calling patient's about their bills, and having them call me. im really excited.
