I'm only doing 400mg a day. I pretty much know all I need to know for this experiment.
I've been eaking every advantage I can from putting things in my mouth:
- 330g of protien/110g of carbs/35g of fat a day from tuna (3 cans), chicken (2 big breasts, no skin), whole wheat bread (6 slices for the 3 tuna sandwhiches), 2/3 cups of spinach, and apple, and 3 Pro COmplex shakes (egg and whey), along with a teaspon of olive oil with the sanwhiches.
- 12-15g of creatine (wake, 1 hr before workout, after workout).
- L-glutamine (15g a day with each shake - wake, after workout, before bed).
Only other things I've been thinking about are flax seed oil and glucosamine. I am in the gym for 6 hours every 4 day period and also run 25 or so miles a week when I wake up at varying paces (I have coaches to direct that).
Prohormones seem like the next logical step, at least to give a try.
